Delete Account

This page explains how users can delete their SnapMoney account and associated data.
1. Delete Account Inside the App
Users can delete their account directly inside the SnapMoney app by following these steps:
- Open the SnapMoney app
- Log in to your account
- Go to Profile / Account Settings
- Select “Delete Account”
- Confirm the deletion request
2. What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, we will delete:
- Your account information, including name and phone number
- Your income and expense records
- Your uploaded photos and financial moments
- Your cloud-stored user data associated with the account
3. Data We May Retain
Some information may be retained only if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes. We will not retain data longer than necessary.
4. Processing Time
Account deletion requests are usually processed within 7 business days. Once the account is deleted, the action may not be reversible.
5. Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the App, you may request account deletion by contacting us via email.

- Your registered phone number
- Your account name
- A clear request to delete your SnapMoney account
