Welcome to SnapMoney: Khoảnh khắc thu chi (“SnapMoney”, “we”, “our”, or “the App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. App Purpose

SnapMoney is a personal finance application that allows users to record income and expenses, capture financial moments with photos, organize data by month, and optionally share selected moments with friends.

2. User Account

To use SnapMoney, users may need to create an account using their name, phone number, and password. Users are responsible for keeping their login information secure.

3. User Content

Users are responsible for the photos, text, expense records, and other content they upload or share through the App.

Users must not upload or share content that:

Violates the rights of others
Contains illegal, harmful, abusive, or misleading material
Contains private information of others without permission
Violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Financial Information Disclaimer

SnapMoney is designed to help users record and visualize personal income and expenses. The App does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

5. Cloud Storage

SnapMoney may store user data on cloud servers to support backup, synchronization, and access across devices.

6. Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion from inside the App or through our Delete Account page. After account deletion, associated personal data will be removed unless retention is required for legal, security, or compliance purposes.

7. Prohibited Use

Users agree not to:

Use the App for illegal purposes
Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
Upload harmful code, spam, or abusive content
Disrupt or damage the App, servers, or related services

8. Service Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time to improve the service or maintain security.

9. Limitation of Liability

SnapMoney is provided on an “as is” basis. We are not responsible for indirect losses, financial decisions made by users, or issues caused by incorrect user-entered data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means users accept the updated Terms.
